Ken Ottinger is a graduate of the Art Center College Of Design in California. Also he was an Instructor there for seven years. He was Artist Instructor In Residence at the University Of South Dakota At Vermillion. While teaching for fourteen years at Yavapai College. At both the Prescott and the Verde Campus. He was asked to teach at Prescott College in their Mentor Program.
